Audi K-Jetronic Cold Start Valve Test Lead

General

This lead is a simple test lamp wired across a two-pin extension lead.

It is used for, among other things:

• Checking that the cold start valve is being operated by the starter/thermoswitch combination
• Timing the operation of the cold start valve at the ambient temperature
• Checking operation of the valve during acceleration on MB/MC-2 engines
